This report is a first endeavor to analyze the impact of climate change on the Kazakhstan economy, and the influence of Kazakhstan on the global problem of climate change. This report is designed to be useful for all levels of government, public institutions and international organizations, both to promote discussion on climate change as one of the barriers to successful development of the country, and to highlight the need to study the issue and propose practical measures to resolve climate change problems.
