Background
This manual is intended to guide and support trainers whose activities seek to support and strengthen capacities of participants in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change process, particularly in the domain of vulnerability and adaptation. This training of trainers’ manual is one of the components of the Climate Change Capacity Development (C3D) project; a project jointly implemented by Environmental Development Action in Third World (Dakar), the Energy Research Centre (ERC, Cape Town), the Munasinghe Institute for Development (MIND, Colombo) and United Nations Institute for Training and Research (Geneva). The methodology includes five different modules.
