UNFCCC Launches Fellowship Programme

The UN Climate Change Secretariat has announced the launch of its fellowship programme, which aims to contribute to building capacity for addressing climate change in parties not included in Annex I to the Convention, in particular parties that are small island developing States or Least Developed Countries.
