This draft plan is one of a series of national research plans being developed by the National Climate Change Adaptation Research Facility (NCCARF) to guide and coordinate climate change adaptation research in Australia.

The research plan focuses on providing information on three broad categories that were identified as necessary to enhance decision-making about adaptation in Australia.

  2. How can adaptive capacity be determined and how can it be expanded; and
